• We thank our new 2024 sponsors of this web page: Christine Abitabile, Leslie Adams, Brenda Amsden, Shirlanne Bazemore, Mary Duntz, Rita Kaplan, Tom Lewicki & Ed Ziemba.  Because of their support, we can continue to keep our classmates informed and connected!

Additionally, our contributors generously donated to a fund in memory of one of our beloved teachers - Mr. Bruce Hewitt.  Mr. Hewitt died in the Fall of 2024 and it was his desire to send contributions to the Berlin Free Library.  On behalf of our class, a $250 donation was send to the library, per his wishes.

We will continue to share any updates as they occur.

Let's stay healthy so we can meet up again in 2028 at our 60th!!

Success!! Our 50th Reunion was all we had hoped for & MORE!!!

Attendance was great with 125 guests, consisting of 54 HHS graduates and 20 SMA graduates + many spouses/guests.

The venue was our "old Elks Club" on Union St.  It was great to be at the very same place we had several events during our school years, not to mention the same location of many of our weddings!
Our program included:

Invited teachers: Coach Jim Hogan (unable to attend), Nancy Russell, Janet Schnitzer & Coach Don Woods; they were honored with corsages and a boutonniere and were announced by Nancy Portz.

Welcome remarks were by Christine Abitabile.

Alma Maters were sung for both schools, with SMA’s led by Eileen Maloy.

A musical remembrance was presented with a projected presentation of photos of our deceased classmates.

The Pledge of Allegiance, a prayer and a toast were beautifully and emotionally presented by Ron Jablanski.

A professional photographer took photos of our individual classes.

Music videos of singing groups and bands of our time played through the evening.

Dinner was catered wonderfully by Cascades.

It was a perfect evening!

The committee thanks all who attended.

A photo gallery is being compiled and will be posted on this site in the near future – in the meantime, if you have pics you want to share, please email Christine Abitabile at christineabitabile@ gmail.com for the link to share them in a google drive account.
